01. Parties & project scope

This agreement is between the identified Client and TAVE (“Artist”) for the specific saxophone recording project described in the submitted project details. Project acceptance, scheduled dates and delivery expectations are subject to Artist’s written confirmation.

02. Standard package & fee

Artist’s standard recording package is $150 per track. It includes saxophone contributions for one song, multiple reasonable takes and up to two consolidated rounds of reasonable revisions. One track is one song—not an unlimited recording session. Any custom rate or discount must be expressly accepted by Artist in writing.

03. Revisions & expanded work

A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback about the delivered take, such as phrase adjustments or re-recording specific passages. Full rearrangement, an additional song, new creative direction, extensive editing and extra revision rounds are outside the standard package and require a new quote agreed in advance.

04. Scheduling & delivery

For in-person recording, the agreed studio schedule controls; the standard package anticipates approximately one hour of initial recording per song, with further studio time requiring agreement. For remote recording, Artist may manage recording time independently. Delivery date, audio format and stems, if needed, are confirmed in writing. Client must provide reasonable reference materials and feedback.

05. Payment & project confirmation

The standard project amount is $150 multiplied by the accepted number of tracks. Payment schedule and instructions are provided separately in Artist’s accepted quote; this form does not collect payment or confirm a paid project. Work begins once the parties approve the project and its payment arrangements.

06. Credits & use of recordings

Unless otherwise agreed, Saxophone performance credit should read “TAVE.” The parties must separately agree on permitted recording uses and ownership or licensing of the recorded performance. A session fee does not by itself promise an unlimited rights buyout, songwriting share, featured-artist status, or royalty participation.

07. Songwriting, royalties & additional rights

If Artist contributes original composition or the parties intend publishing or master royalties, those rights and percentages must be documented in a separate signed rights agreement or written addendum before release. Ordinary performance credit is not equivalent to a composition ownership share.

08. Cancellation, professional conduct & acceptance

If a session is canceled or substantially changed, the parties will discuss any recoverable preparation costs, delivered work and fair adjustments under applicable law. Each party retains its preexisting intellectual property. The typed legal name and acceptance checkbox indicate the Client’s intent to sign; Artist’s written acceptance is required before the project is confirmed.
